Principle of Low-temperature SCR Denitrification Technology
Low-temperature SCR denitrification equipment requires the reaction temperature of the low-temperature denitrification catalyst to be controlled within the range of 120°C to 300°C. At low temperatures, nitrogen oxide exhaust gases come into contact with the catalyst in the denitrification device. Simultaneously, under the action of reducing agents such as ammonia, ammonia water, or urea, a reduction reaction occurs, converting nitrogen oxides in the flue gas into harmless nitrogen and water through the reduction reaction, thereby achieving the main goal of removing nitrogen oxides from the flue gas. Taking NH3 as an example of a reducing agent, the reaction equations are as follows:

4NH3+2NO2+O2→3N2+6H2O
8NH3+6NO2→7N2+12H2O
